Cancellation Policy
Housekeeping Services Policy 1. Service Scope Our housekeeping services are intended for light cleaning only, focused on maintaining general cleanliness and tidiness in residential spaces. Deep cleaning, heavy stain removal, or specialized services (e.g., carpet shampooing, appliance interiors) are not included unless previously arranged. 2. Areas Covered Cleaning is performed in the following areas, with approximately 1 hour allocated per space: Kitchen: Dishes, stovetop, exterior of refrigerator, counters Bathroom: Toilet, counters, windows, and floors Bedrooms: Vacuuming, window washing, desks, nightstands Living Room: Seating areas, mantles, tables, end tables, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping Office Spaces: Office desk and surrounding areas 3. Special Requests Requests for cleaning areas outside the standard scope may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and could result in additional charges, especially for difficult or time-consuming tasks. All requests must be made prior to the scheduled service. 4. Pricing & Time Services are billed per hour, based on the number of rooms and level of service required. Time extensions beyond the allotted 1 hour per room must be approved in advance and will be billed accordingly. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to: Provide access to the property at the scheduled time Ensure the home is safe and free of hazards for the housekeeper Secure pets, valuables, and sensitive documents 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns promptly.
