Bliss Living Co. – In-Home Cleaning Services

By booking a cleaning service with Bliss Living Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Booking & Payment

  • Appointments must be scheduled online or by phone.

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment options.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 20% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 75% of the service fee.

3. Service Guarantee

  • If you're not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll schedule a re-clean of the affected areas at no extra charge.

  • We do not offer refunds, only re-service under our satisfaction policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe, clear access to your home at the time of service.

  • Please secure pets and personal valuables prior to our arrival.

  • If cleaners are unable to access the property, the full service fee will be charged.

5. Damage & Liability

  • While our team takes great care when handling your belongings and cleaning your space, Bliss Living Co. is not responsible for any damage to property, surfaces, or personal items during or after the service.

  • By booking our services, you acknowledge that all items and surfaces are in suitable condition to be cleaned using standard, non-abrasive methods.

  • We recommend that fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items be safely stored or disclosed to us in advance.
